As Grocery Manager, you report to the Food Store Manager and plan the grocery department’s direction. You will support sales, margin, expenses, inventory, service levels, quality, and delivery timeliness. The position also includes training, development, coaching, and inspiring department team members.
Key Responsibilities: Execute day-to-day grocery department tasks
Plan the department’s operational direction
Assist with budgeted sales, margin, expenses, and inventory goals
Execute sales strategies supporting Pembina Co-op’s vision
Train, coach, and motivate department team members
Requirements: Grade 12 education
At least three years of relevant customer service experience
Preference for at least one year of leadership experience
Honest, trustworthy, results-oriented approach
Ability to build relationships and collaborate
