Key Responsibilities: Provide patient and family-focused care within RPN scope
Collaborate with RNs on complex patient care
Assess and document patient health status continuously
Support care plan development and ongoing evaluation
Orient new staff members and clinical students
Requirements: RPN diploma from a recognized nursing school
Current BLS Certification and Ontario registration
Completed RPN Operating Room Course
Two years current operating room experience preferred
Solid communication, assessment, and electronic documentation skills
