Build trading desk experience in Toronto with TD Securities, using financial analysis, valuation, and communication skills during a Winter internship.
This internship supports the Customized Solutions Group within TD Securities’ CAD Fixed Income group. You will assist customized derivatives trading activities while developing financial modeling, valuation, and problem-solving capabilities. The desk works across CAD, USD, and other G7 currencies.
Key Responsibilities: Open and close books and P&L; daily
Help book trades for the trading team
Manage trade life-cycle events
Verify documentation and security setup for new trades
Interact daily with support partners across business functions
Requirements: Current enrollment in a relevant post-secondary program
Robust financial and analytical skills
Financial modeling and valuation ability
Excellent communication with clients and stakeholders
Python, SQL, VBA, or Bloomberg experience is a plus
Apply financial modeling, valuation, and communication skills while supporting TD Securities’ Customized Solutions Group trading activities.
