The permanent full-time position averages approximately 35 hours weekly, based on operational needs. Your work includes explaining eye-drop schedules, supporting technical roles, and reporting patient safety concerns.
Key Responsibilities: Sterilize instruments and prepare tools as needed
Reassure patients before and after procedures
Explain postoperative eye-drop schedules clearly
Coordinate patient flow through the operating room
Report safety concerns, incidents, and potential risks
Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English and French
Comfort with computers, technology, and Microsoft 365
