The Concrete Placer and Finisher prepares, pours, spreads, and finishes concrete surfaces. This position requires blueprint reading, form building, and proficiency with finishing techniques. The work supports accurate installations, repairs, and integration with other trades on construction projects.
Key Responsibilities: Clean, level, and form surfaces before concrete pouring
Pour and spread concrete according to project specifications
Finish surfaces with hand and power tools
Restore and repair existing concrete structures
Install slabs, suspended slabs, sidewalks,



and driveways
Requirements: Solid mechanical knowledge of construction equipment and tools
Proficiency in concrete finishing techniques and practices
Ability to read schematics and blueprints effectively
Familiarity with power trowels, ride-ons, and vibe strikes
Physical stamina for heavy lifting and varied weather conditions
Apply concrete placing, finishing, forming, and blueprint-reading skills to create durable construction results through accurate installation work.
