Reporting to the Director of Real Estate, this coordinator manages colocation agreements, tenant applications, and leasing activities. The work combines client communication, contract administration, database management, and technical document review. Training is available for candidates with transferable experience and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities: Process wireless carrier applications for towers, rooftops, and ground assets
Coordinate tenant onboarding, approvals, agreements, and supporting documentation
Review equipment specifications with engineering and operations teams
Track applications,



lease milestones, renewals, and contractual deadlines
Maintain tenant relationships and respond to leasing inquiries
Requirements: Approximately one to three years of related experience
Post-secondary education or equivalent practical experience
Excellent organization across multiple files and competing priorities
Solid detail orientation reviewing agreements and technical information
Microsoft 365, database, communication, and documentation skills
Use leasing coordination, client communication, and database skills to support telecommunications infrastructure agreements across Canada.
