Use CPA knowledge and public accounting experience as a Senior Accountant with MNP’s in office Assurance & Accounting team in Toronto. Serve private enterprise clients.
As a Senior Accountant, you will provide tailored financial information and trusted advice within MNP’s Canadian accounting and business advisory firm. The position supports assurance, accounting, tax, and client reporting needs. You will work with ASPE, GAAP, SEC, and IFRS requirements while managing multiple files and developing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct compilation, review, audit, bookkeeping, and tax engagements
Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and relevant reports
Assess audit evidence across revenues, expenses, assets, and liabilities




Correct discrepancies in financial entries, documents, and reports
Coach junior team members and support business development initiatives
Requirements: CPA designation or progress toward a CPA designation
Two to four years of relevant public accounting experience
Knowledge of ASPE, GAAP, SEC, and IFRS
Experience with accounting and tax software
Understanding of business, accounting, management, and practice development principles
Bring assurance, accounting, tax, and reporting expertise to MNP while advising private enterprise clients in Toronto.
