Own the complete client journey from inquiry through event completion as a senior catering sales professional. Develop sales plans, prospect new business, manage client details, and coordinate with Operations, Culinary, Staffing, Rentals, and Accounting. Support newer sales colleagues through mentoring and consistent procedures.
Key Responsibilities: Develop annual catering sales strategies and plans
Prospect businesses, associations, planners, venues, and social markets
Conduct presentations, tastings, site visits, and networking




Prepare Banquet Event Orders and accurate contracts
Coordinate departments and resolve client concerns
Requirements: Two to three years’ catering sales or related experience
Ability to manage the full sales cycle
Solid sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
Microsoft Office and CRM software proficiency
