ParaMed seeks an NSWOC RN to enhance nursing practice and support resident or patient care. The position requires a current provincial certificate of competence, registration eligibility, and previous Community or long-term care experience. You will assess care needs, evaluate plans, supervise staff, and direct nursing services when required.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure care follows nursing standards, physicians’ orders, and policies
Assess and monitor residents or patients
Develop, review, and evaluate care plans
Manage, evaluate, orient, and supervise assigned care staff




Provide nursing department direction during Director of Care absences
Requirements: Wound Certificate from a one-year University-accredited course
Current certificate of competence from the approved provincial institution
Registration or eligibility with the approved skilled institution
Previous similar Community or long-term care experience
Excellent communication, comprehension, and creative problem-solving skills
