As a senior Facility and Mechanical Project Manager, you will plan, coordinate, and manage construction, renovation, and mechanical maintenance projects. You will oversee budgets, contractors, Service Providers, documentation, and building conditions. The work supports production processes by maintaining facilities according to safety, fire, and building code regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and execution plans
Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and internal staff
Monitor Service Provider building and equipment maintenance
Perform inspections and mitigate project risks
Complete hands-on repairs and small installations
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or related field
Five or more years of relevant senior experience
Knowledge of construction methods and building codes
Understanding of project budgeting and financial management
Proficiency with project management software and AI tools
Bring facility management, mechanical project coordination, stakeholder communication, and regulatory knowledge to Trench Canada’s on-site team.
