Lead poolside service at Four Seasons Whistler while coordinating guest care, water quality, safety, and daily team operations.
This full-time Pool Supervisor supports Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler’s commitment to excellent service and authentic experiences. The role combines leadership, food and beverage service, pool operations, and guest communication. You will coordinate with Engineering, Housekeeping, Laundry, Stewarding, and outside contractors to maintain smooth poolside operations.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise consistent food and beverage service quality
Maintain proper water quality and mechanical operation
Order poolside supplies and amenities
Maintain secure, clean poolside and fitness areas
Respond properly during hotel emergencies or safety situations
Requirements: Leadership experience
Retail or customer service experience
Prior food and beverage experience
Current Serving It Right Certificate and CPR certification
Clean British Columbia driver’s license
