The position supports customers, vendors, and sales staff through special-order processes. English and Punjabi communication, computer skills, and product knowledge are key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expedite special-order products from quotes through customer delivery
- Update customers about order status and completion
- Source custom products across vendor product lines
- Provide accurate special-order pricing to sales staff
- Process returns and maintain related documentation
Requirements:
- Communicate fluently in English and Punjabi
- Demonstrate strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Know lumber, building materials, hardware, or construction
- Bring one to two years of sales experience
- Use Microsoft Office and learn new systems quickly
