As Branch Manager, you are a local market leader within Personal and Commercial Banking. You motivate employees, create memorable client experiences, and represent RBC in the community. The position emphasizes talent management, multichannel usage, business growth, and collaboration across RBC partners.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver results and support recent client acquisitions through multiple channels
Lead change and allocate resources for community needs
Recruit, develop, and plan careers for employees
Coach teams on advice, education, and problem resolution
Address operational, credit, and compliance review gaps
Requirements: Mutual Funds accreditation through IFIC or CSC
Two years’ licensed mutual funds sales experience within three years
Three years’ experience in people management
Completed branch management exam or ability to write within four months
Entrepreneurial acquisition mindset and digital channel capability
Use people leadership, mutual funds expertise, and digital banking knowledge to grow RBC’s Morden market and client experience.
