Key Responsibilities: Enter transportation orders into the Truckmate dispatch system
Build manifests and dispatch drivers for deliveries
Maintain communication with drivers and customers
Follow up until proof of delivery reaches the system
Preplan freight for return trips
Requirements: Minimum two years in the trucking transport industry
Knowledge of Canadian and United States shipping regulations
Deck experience and LTL shipping knowledge
Oil and Gas experience with tubular pipe movements
Robust multitasking, detail, and customer relationship skills
