This mid-level Field Engineer and Project Coordinator supports complex energy project delivery for Ganotec. The position combines field leadership, project management, and communication across engineering teams, construction personnel, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Disciplines include electrical, mechanical, structural, or piping.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise subcontractor operations and enforce safety and quality protocols
Conduct inspections, safety audits, and site walkthroughs
Coordinate materials, workflow logistics, and site organization
Manage work packages, schedules, budgets,



and project scope
Support commissioning and resolve punch-list items
Requirements: Technical degree or equivalent skilled experience in a stated discipline
At least three years in project coordination or field supervision
Industrial construction or energy sector experience
Strong organization and effective communication skills
Willingness to travel or relocate for project demands
