Lead Redox’s Minto warehouse day shift using hands-on supervision, WHS knowledge, and forklift expertise. This full-time permanent role runs from 6am to 2:06pm.
As Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee daily warehouse operations and related logistics activities with the Store Manager. Your work supports DIFOT performance, inventory practices, team development, and compliance across the site. The role requires at least two years’ industry experience, strong communication, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise warehouse operations and coordinated logistics activities
Mentor, induct, and train warehouse operatives and related functions
Apply inventory practices for storage, labelling, and housekeeping
Maintain WHS, GMP, HACCP, hygiene,



and cleanliness standards
Complete maintenance, inspections, reporting, and improvement actions
Requirements: Minimum two years’ hands-on industry experience
Current Australian LF forklift licence
High reach and counterbalance forklift experience
Knowledge of WHS, Dangerous Goods, and hazardous substances legislation
Solid leadership, communication, reporting, and organisational skills
Bring warehouse leadership, forklift capability, and compliance knowledge to Redox’s Minto day shift and operational improvement work.
