As a Personal Banking Associate, you will build customer relationships and guide clients toward appropriate staff, banking solutions, and investment advice. You will address everyday banking needs while supporting accurate branch operations and customer problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities: Engage customers through advice, transactions, and digital education
Understand needs and guide customers to appropriate contacts
Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
Support scheduled cash and non-cash frontline transactions
Complete business processes accurately and report non-standard matters
Requirements: High School diploma and one year relevant experience
Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within ninety days
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
Solid customer communication, organization, and time management skills
