As HR Lead, Talent Acquisition, you will direct qualified and technical hiring for Surerus Murphy Joint Venture and WHC LLC. The permanent, office-based position reports to the Vice President, Human Resources. You will partner with leaders across Canada and the United States while managing recruitment vendors, metrics, and candidate experience.

Source candidates directly for difficult-to-fill roles
Manage vendors, recruitment costs, and hiring pipelines
Oversee interviews, offers,

Requirements: Five to eight years of talent acquisition experience
Direct sourcing success for hard-to-fill roles
Construction, infrastructure, engineering, or energy recruiting experience
Canadian and United States energy recruiting experience
Applicant tracking system and recruitment marketing platform experience
