Key Responsibilities: Meet clients and provide clear family law advice
Draft pleadings, agreements, and other legal documents
Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and court appearances
Develop case strategies aligned with client goals
Maintain timely, organized files and documentation
Requirements: Alberta law license and Law Society positive standing
Demonstrated experience handling family law matters
Strong legal research, writing, drafting, and advocacy skills
