Maintain heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and equipment as a 310T Technician with Emcon Services Inc. at its Atikokan, Ontario shop.
This full time mechanical position supports Emcon Services Inc.’s Thunder Bay W division. The technician conducts annual safety inspections, performs repairs, and follows preventative maintenance programs. Experience with diagnostics, hydraulics, pneumatics, brakes, suspension, steering, and heavy-duty equipment is relevant.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct annual safety inspections on fleet vehicles and equipment
Perform repairs on trucks, trailers, and equipment
Follow preventative maintenance programs for current fleet assets
Attend vehicle breakdown callouts when required
Complete duties assigned by the Lead-Hand or Mechanical Superintendent
Requirements: Licensed Truck and Coach Mechanic, 310T
Motive Power Technician diploma or equivalent trade experience
Registered for the DriveON portal
Valid Ontario Driver’s License
Experience with heavy-duty equipment and trade-related worksite safety
