Maintain appropriate boundaries and remain calm
Support walking, drives, and community outings
Assist with personal care and daily living skills
Requirements: Empathy and a person-centred approach
Confidence supporting challenging behaviours
Strong communication, negotiation, and redirection skills
Full New Zealand driver’s licence
Ability to pass a Current Zealand Police check
