Reporting to the Senior Manager, Public Relations, the Senior Advisor manages Pomerleau’s community engagement program. The work connects philanthropy, corporate partnerships, and business reputation objectives. You will collaborate with Operations, regional teams, senior leadership, and corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities: Assess donation and sponsorship requests against Pomerleau’s priorities
Advise stakeholders on philanthropic initiatives and commitments
Build partner relationships and structure community partnerships
Coordinate sponsorship events, invitations, visibility, and activations
Monitor budgets, agreements,



payments, records, and outcomes
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or related field
Minimum five years’ relevant donations, sponsorships, or partnership experience
Experience evaluating requests, activating partnerships, and managing budgets
Full bilingual French and English proficiency, spoken and written
Excel, SharePoint, Salesforce CRM, or similar tracking tools proficiency
Use bilingual communication, sound judgment, and partnership expertise to strengthen Pomerleau’s community engagement program across Canada.
