RubiconPath seeks an Accounting and Finance Recruiter to support company growth. You will source, evaluate, and hire candidates for client roles while developing effective recruiting strategies. The work includes accounting agency recruiting, applicant tracking systems, recruitment marketing tools, and direct leadership interaction.
Key Responsibilities: Own full-cycle recruiting for accounting and finance roles
Manage inbound applicants and identify passive job seekers
Engage, evaluate, interview, and close candidates
Recommend salaries and guide offer processes




Maintain candidate movement through recruitment activities
Requirements: Three-plus years of agency accounting recruiting experience
Source accountants, controllers, bookkeepers, managers, and related roles
Manage and prioritize multiple searches and projects
Build trust with candidates and hiring teams quickly
Use applicant tracking and recruitment marketing tools
Bring accounting recruitment expertise, candidate relationship skills, and full-cycle sourcing experience to RubiconPath’s remote Canadian team.
