Bring finance operations expertise to Zurich Canada as an Associate supporting collections, cash application, and general ledger reconciliations in a hybrid mode.
Reporting to the Finance Accounting and Reporting Manager, this Associate supports Financial Operations across general ledger and reporting functions. The work includes collections, reconciliation, invoicing, cash application, account analysis, and transaction accuracy. Experience with insurance industry agreements and loss sensitive programs is required.
Key Responsibilities: Collect and reconcile premiums and non premiums
Invoice accounts or apply cash accurately
Minimize outstanding balances and delinquencies
Research financial data and reconcile discrepancies




Support department initiatives and provide analytical guidance
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and three years’ Finance Operations experience
Or high school diploma and five years’ experience
Knowledge of insurance agreements and loss sensitive programs
Intermediate accounting and general ledger proficiency
Advanced Microsoft Office skills and SAP knowledge preferred
Support Zurich Canada’s finance team through accurate collections, reconciliation, cash application, and reporting expertise.
