Coordinate cargo freight for Perimeter Aviation flights using load preparation, shipment documentation, and Transport Canada compliance procedures. Support on-time performance across scheduled and charter operations.
Reporting to the Manager, Cargo Operations, the Cargo Loadmaster prepares and allocates freight on Company flights. The work includes manifest handling, dangerous goods documentation, warehouse organization, and shipment readiness. You will support ramp staff while following standard operating procedures and service level agreements. The role serves operations based in Winnipeg, Thompson, Sioux Lookout, Timmins, Thunder Bay, and Toronto.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare pre-loads, final loads, and upcoming flight manifests
Pick manifested shipments from appropriate warehouse locations
Line up freight for Ramp staff and verify shipping condition




Complete dangerous goods paperwork and file signed load manifests
Organize warehouse freight, including refrigerated and medical areas
Requirements: High school diploma or General Education Degree equivalent
Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain security clearances
Mathematical skills using whole numbers, fractions, decimals, ratios, and percentages
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform duties
Warehousing or forklift experience considered an asset
Bring freight coordination, documentation accuracy, warehouse organization, and safety awareness to Perimeter Aviation cargo operations.
