The Quality Assurance (QA) Support Clerk provides support and assistance to the Quality Assurance Department.

Temporary Full-Time (1 Year Contract)

Monday to Friday 10:00 am – 6:30 pm; Onsite

$45,000 – $50,000

In this role, you will:

Responsible for filing, scanning and maintenance of the QA documents according to their designated folders

Support with issuing batch records and label releases as needed

Follow and adhere to all given instructions including work procedures (WPs), standard operating procedures (SOPs) and current Valuable Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)

Strictly adhere to and observe all safety policies as outlined in the company policies and training sessions

Other duties as assigned

You have:

Knowledge and experience working in a Pharmaceutical or Natural Health Products Company or Food Manufacturing facility





cGMP knowledge (an asset)

Able to multi-task

MS Office Knowledge

Data Entry experience

Computer systems experience
