Oversee specialty medication compounding as a Registered Pharmacist in Oshawa, Ontario, with quality assurance and final product verification responsibilities. This is an in office role.
This full-time, permanent Registered Pharmacist position operates Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The specialized facility prepares high-cost medications and specialty pharmaceuticals for wholesale distribution. You will review formulations, verify calculations, ensure regulatory compliance, and authorize batch releases.
Key Responsibilities: Review master formulation records and batch documentation for accuracy
Validate ingredient weights, calculations, and measurements against formulations
Perform final verification and authorize compliant batch releases
Monitor environmental controls, sterility,



and compounding safety standards
Investigate deviations and implement corrective actions when needed
Requirements: At least two years of Pharmacist experience
Registered Part A Pharmacist in good standing with OCP
Ontario pharmacy authorization without restrictions or conditions
BScPhm or PharmD from an accredited institution
Compounding, manufacturing, or hospital experience is an asset
