Apply policy wordings, investigate losses, and determine coverage while collaborating with customers, brokers, vendors, and fraud investigators. Your work supports effective claim resolution.
Key Responsibilities: Manage complex and commercial automobile claims
Interpret policy wordings and determine appropriate coverage
Investigate claims fully and collaborate with fraud investigators
Process payments within your authority level




Initiate salvage and subrogation procedures
Requirements: Valid AMF license and Quebec insurance authorization
Full English and French bilingual proficiency
Minimum three years handling complex automobile physical damage claims
Advanced knowledge of claims processes, tort, and DCPD provinces
Solid analytical, decision-making, organizational, and communication skills
