Role Description
This is an on-site role for Front Desk Receptionist at Studio Kiku in Vancouver, BC. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for handling receptionist duties, clerical tasks, maintaining phone etiquette, communicating effectively with clients, and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis. Must be available Saturdays.

Qualifications
Phone Etiquette and Communication skills

Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills

Knowledge of JaneApp or similar program an asset

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Strong attention to detail

Prior experience in a similar role is an asset

Knowledge of skincare or beauty industry is a plus
