Dexterra Group is seeking a Lead Housekeeper/Laundry Attendant for a 160-person exploration camp. You will coordinate housekeepers and janitors, maintain standards, and support secure operations. The work requires remote-camp experience, supervision, organization, and communication.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily toolbox meetings covering tasks and safety
Supervise and train up to ten housekeeping employees
Complete daily and weekly housekeeping and janitorial audits
Manage cleaning-supply inventory and place required orders




Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
Requirements: Minimum two years supervising employees
Five-plus years housekeeping experience in remote camps
Valid driver's licence and government-issued photo identification
Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work Nunavut weather and physical demands
