The University of Guelph seeks a Sample Reception Technician for its Laboratory Services Division. Key Responsibilities: Receive courier and client-delivered sample submissions
Open, sort, store, and distribute samples and supplies
Enter sample, testing, and client information into LIMS
Verify submission completeness and accuracy




Respond to client inquiries and guide laboratory personnel
Requirements: Laboratory Technician diploma and one year related experience, or equivalent
Knowledge of laboratory terminology, testing services, and quality protocols
Understanding of sample handling and integrity requirements
Robust communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Ability to lift 5–60 pounds and push heavier carts
