As a Freelance Skincare Advocate, you will drive sell-through through personalized recommendations, product education, and polished brand representation. You will teach Sephora Cast Members about Medik8’s CSA Philosophy: Vitamin C, Sunscreen, and Vitamin A. The work includes consultations, events, merchandising, and sales reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver personalized consultations based on client needs and concerns
Drive sales and achieve Sales Per Hour goals
Educate consumers about ingredients, products, and routines
Execute Sephora events, trainings, and brand activations
Maintain merchandising, testers, hygiene, and brand standards
Requirements: Speak both English and French fluently
Understand skincare ingredients and routine building
Demonstrate communication, relationship-building, and client service skills
Meet or exceed sales goals
Work evenings, weekends, and some holidays as needed
