Build frontline leadership through Kenny U-Pull’s hands-on management trainee program across Quebec sites, with rotations spanning operations, customer service, and vehicle sales.
This six-month development program prepares future frontline managers within Kenny U-Pull, a division of American Iron & Metal. Participants rotate through call center, dispatch, purchasing, sales, marketing, customer service, operations, systems, investigations, training, and health and safety. The field-based experience develops coaching, mentoring, operational knowledge, and compliance awareness while working directly with diverse frontline employees.
Key Responsibilities: Rotate through major functions and sites across Quebec
Develop knowledge of vehicle purchasing, dispatch, and retail operations




Support accident investigations and corrective action planning
Coach employees while reinforcing safety and compliance standards
Lead branch operations, yard management, and depollution
Requirements: Graduate of a college, university, or trade school
Five to ten years of retail or customer service experience
Three to five years of management experience
Solid written and oral communication skills
Open availability for branches operating seven days weekly
Develop leadership, analytical, and organizational skills while preparing to lead Kenny U-Pull branch operations and retail teams.
