As an Underwriting Assistant, you will support Commercial Auto processing through administrative coordination and responsive service. The work includes endorsements, policy documentation, shared inbox inquiries, and correspondence with Brokers and Agents. CIP studies or related post-secondary education would be an asset.
Key Responsibilities: Manage daily emails and shared inbox inquiries
Provide administrative support to underwriting teams
Process endorsements accurately and within required timelines




Assign urgent files to appropriate underwriters
Add documentation to the policy processing system
Requirements: Related post-secondary education or progress toward CIP
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Robust organizational and interpersonal abilities
Exceptional customer service and time management skills
Accuracy, detail orientation, and ability to meet deadlines
