This customer service sales position supports customers and employees through qualified communication and product assistance. You will take orders, enter them into company systems, tender cash sales, and refer product questions to sales staff. Building materials knowledge for the drywall industry will be provided through training.
Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and determine their questions, orders, or needs
Take orders at the counter or over the phone
Use company computer systems for order entry
Complete sales orders and tender cash sales
Keep the showroom clean and properly stocked
Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to self-manage, show initiative, and multitask
Basic office machinery operation skills
Attention to detail and sound judgment
