Key Responsibilities: Optimize shop allocation through Sassie and SMX
Coordinate Mystery Shopper schedules and follow up overdue assignments
Repost declined shops and send targeted or bonus emails




Answer project questions and support successful shop execution
Replace or return shops flagged by validation or Client Success
Requirements: Availability for 30–40 hours Monday through Friday
Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
Proactive, adaptable approach with strong time management
Critical thinking and independent problem-solving ability
English fluency; French fluency is an asset
Apply project coordination, Excel, Sassie, and SMX skills to support Ipsos mystery shopping programs.
