As a Patient Services Specialist, you will welcome patients and support their clinic experience. The position includes patient communication, pre-testing, appointment coordination, billing, eyewear service, and payments. Retail experience is considered an asset, while technology proficiency and adaptability support daily clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities: Greet patients and manage clinic check-in and check-out
Engage with patients in person, by phone, and email
Perform pre-testing supporting comprehensive eye care
Coordinate appointments, prescriptions, billing, and payments
Manage eyewear pick-ups, repairs, and adjustments
Requirements: Previous retail experience considered an asset
Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities
Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive approach
