As a Security Guard, you will help safeguard customers, staff, and premises at high-end venues. The position requires a professional presence, discreet assistance, patrols, and policy enforcement. You will respond to safety concerns, document violations, and escalate emergencies when required.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain a welcoming presence at entrances and throughout premises
Patrol designated areas and identify suspicious activity
Assist customers and staff courteously and discreetly
Enforce venue policies and respond to safety concerns
Complete incident reports and escalate emergencies appropriately
Requirements: Valid Alberta Security License
Prior high-end environment security experience
Prior customer service experience
