To do so, the Watch Box Specialist will be expected to…
Upload weekly reports of sold items into the system and interpret the complex data in order to make appropriate data-driven decisions
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data through regular audits and validation checks
Collaborate closely with stores and the IT team to make the system more user-friendly.
Create various statistical reports and be able to manage the large volume efficiently
Provide ongoing training on the Watch Box system
Always maintain a skilled attitude and conduct business with integrity
Comply with all Company guidelines, policies and procedures while continuously ensuring data privacy
Offer assistance to with team members as well as build effective working relationships




Complete ad hoc clerical documents when needed
Our ideal candidate has…
Minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience; luxury retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred
Minimum of 2 years of office administration or clerical experience
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and written skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong team values
Excellent organizational and data management skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Fluency in English and French
