Registered Practical Nurse expertise meets resident-focused care at Sienna Senior Living in Bloomington Cove, Stouffville, Ontario, for permanent full-time evenings.
Reporting to the Director of Care, this Registered Practical Nurse supports residents within an Ontario senior living community. The position requires nursing care, resident assessment, family communication, and staff guidance. Experience in geriatrics, rehabilitation, or senior health is an asset.
Key Responsibilities: Provide nursing care within established policies and orders
Deliver excellent nursing and personal care
Communicate regularly with residents and families
Guide staff and supervise assigned Personal Support Workers
Complete admissions, readmissions, and ongoing assessments
Requirements: Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with Ontario College of Nurses
Positive judgement and ability to identify risk
Ability to foster a positive work environment
Legal eligibility to work in Canada
Successful applicable Vulnerable Sector or Criminal Record Check
Support dignified resident care through nursing practice, assessment, communication, and team supervision at Sienna Senior Living.
