Responsibilities include payroll processing, timekeeping, onboarding, benefits administration, recruitment coordination, and general office administration. The role also supports apprenticeship records, immigration administration, systems access, and fleet coordination.
Key Responsibilities: Review timecards and process payroll accurately
Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and personnel records
Support recruitment, apprenticeship, and immigration administration
Coordinate employee access to phones,



computers, and software
Welcome visitors and maintain organized office operations
Requirements: Diploma or degree in a related field
Two or more years of relevant experience preferred
Previous payroll or timecard experience strongly preferred
Strong Microsoft 365 proficiency, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
