Provide community care and respite support as a Full Time Evening Personal Support Worker with SE Health in Stayner and Grey County. Mileage and travel time are covered.
This PSW position serves clients in Stayner, Grey County, and surrounding areas. Accepted qualifications include a PSW certificate, RN or RPN status, nursing studies with two clinical placements, or related credentials. Evening availability and reliable transportation are required for community-based care.
Key Responsibilities: Provide personal support during community care shifts
Deliver respite support across assigned client locations
Travel between clients during scheduled evening shifts
Work evenings from 2 to 10 PM
Work every other weekend as scheduled
Requirements: Hold a valid Personal Support Worker certificate
Possess a valid driver’s license and work vehicle
Maintain required immunizations and vulnerable sector check
Hold current Standard CPR level C and First Aid
Lift approximately fifty-five pounds and perform frequent movement
Support SE Health clients through community care, respite services, secure mobility, and dependable evening availability across Stayner and Grey County.
