Lead structural design and analysis for LAPORTE’s industrial projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across pharmaceutical, agri-food, and biotech facilities. LAPORTE seeks a senior structural engineer to integrate structural solutions into industrial projects. You will design buildings, foundations, mezzanines, platforms, and equipment supports. The position combines technical documentation, code compliance, site coordination, and project leadership. You will also support less experienced professionals. Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and design industrial structures and foundations Prepare calculations, specifications, plans,



and reports Ensure compliance with Quebec and CSA standards Coordinate inspections and monitor construction work onsite Integrate structural solutions with multidisciplinary project teams Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering Skilled Engineers Ontario membership required Minimum five years of relevant experience Ability to lead projects through completion Structural software experience such as ETABS or SAP2000 Bring senior structural engineering expertise, industrial design experience, and multidisciplinary coordination skills to LAPORTE projects.
