Jarlette Health Services seeks a Personal Support Worker for its fully accredited long term care home. You will assist 160 residents with activities of daily living while observing health changes, reporting promptly, and completing documentation. The position works under the direction of the Co-Director of Care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Provide direct patient care within the health care team
- Observe and report changes in residents’ health status
- Complete required documentation accurately




- Maintain a safe workplace and follow organizational policies

Requirements:

- Completed qualifying personal support work program with graduation proof
- RN or RPN students enrolled in Ontario programs may apply
- Long term care or gerontology experience is an asset
- Demonstrated communication skills and computer literacy
- Caring, respectful attitude and interest in ongoing education
