Support Solotech’s workshop logistics with cable handling and protected material movement, working Monday to Friday within the Logistics and Cabling Hub.
Reporting to the Logistics and Cabling Hub Supervisor, the Workshop Technician supports daily workshop operations. Solotech’s global live productions, systems integration, and virtual technology business relies on versatile workshop support. The position includes merchandise placement, cable preparation, truck loading, and assistance across workshop departments.
Key Responsibilities: Place merchandise in returns, shipping, sorting, and hub locations
Move items according to established safety procedures
Handle cable returns, replenishment, and preparation using VLMs
Load and unload delivery trucks
Support various workshop departments
Requirements: Experience in warehouse, shop, or manufacturing environments
Ability to lift and move loads weighing 20 to 40 pounds
Ability to walk for extended periods
Forklift operating experience is an asset
Computer proficiency and French with basic English proficiency
Bring workshop support, cable handling, material movement, and computer skills to Solotech’s Monday-to-Friday operations.
