StellerVista Credit Union is recruiting for a permanent full time Member Service Representative 3B. You will deliver personalized service, process transactions, and support deposit, investment, and overdraft needs. The position contributes to established retail sales goals and member retention.
Key Responsibilities: Process account transactions for business and retail members
Deliver deposit and investment products, including registered services
Process overdrafts within policy and authorized limits
Handle initial estate-related inquiries and documentation
Welcome members and initiate onboarding processes
Requirements: Secondary school diploma
Approximately two years of related financial institution experience
Member Service Representative experience or equivalent
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Computer literacy with keyboarding, email, Word, and Excel
