Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing seeks a Private Chef / Tournant reporting to the Executive Chef. You will create four to six course menus for four to 25 guests, discuss preferences, and assist Main Lodge Kitchen operations. The position also supports dinner buffets serving up to 150 people.
Key Responsibilities: Cook gourmet four to six course chalet menus
Discuss menus and preferences with private guests
Support cook roles in the Main Lodge Kitchen
Prepare appetizers, oyster bar, seafood, and composed salads
Maintain sanitary, organized, and efficient work areas
Requirements: Five to ten years of industry experience required
Two to three years in a similar position
Food Protected Certification and WHMIS required
Class 5 Driver's License required
Ability to communicate and work independently or collaboratively
Bring organized, high-quality culinary service, menu communication, and tournant support to Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing guests.
