This intern role welcomes undergraduate students, graduate students, and recent graduates from May to August 2027. You will explore operating models, strategic initiatives, technology-enabled change, and investment management. The work develops research, communication, organizational, and business problem-solving skills through practical deliverables.
Key Responsibilities: Research transformation, operating models, artificial intelligence, and industry practices
Synthesize findings into options and presentation materials
Maintain transformation plans, roadmaps, and documentation
Track actions, decisions, milestones, and follow-ups




Prepare dashboards, briefings, and leadership reporting
Requirements: Pursuing or recently completing a related undergraduate or graduate degree
Interest in transformation, strategy, artificial intelligence, or investment management
Solid research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Clear written and verbal communication abilities
Microsoft Office proficiency, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Develop transformation planning, AI strategy, research, and reporting capabilities while supporting practical enterprise priorities at IMCO.
