Lead payments risk operations at Constellation Payments, using transaction monitoring and fraud prevention expertise to guide daily team performance.
As Risk Supervisor, you will oversee analysts, investigations, escalations, and merchant monitoring across new and existing portfolios. The role requires payment processing knowledge, ACH and NACHA understanding, chargeback expertise, and operational risk management experience. You will balance service levels, quality standards, team development, and strategic initiatives while working with Underwriting, Compliance, Product, Finance, Onboarding, Merchant Support, and external partners. This position requires 5+ years of relevant experience, including 1-3 years leading teams, with travel up to 15% annually.
Key Responsibilities: Lead daily Risk team activities, queues, investigations, alerts, and escalations
Supervise fraud, compliance, chargeback, ACH, and transaction monitoring




Approve escalated investigations, risk assessments, restrictions, and account actions
Coach Risk Analysts through training, feedback, and development
Prepare recurring reporting, dashboards, portfolio analysis, and trend summaries
Requirements: 5+ years in risk operations, payments, fraud, or related fields
1-3 years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience
Understanding of payment processing, merchant acquiring, ACH, and NACHA rules
Solid analytical, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage competing investigations, escalations, and priorities
Apply payments risk leadership, transaction monitoring, and team development expertise to Constellation Payments’ Canadian operations.
