Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper for a part-time interim assignment.

You will support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end processes using QuickBooks Online.

Key Responsibilities
Process vendor invoices, verify coding and sales tax, and assist with payments
Prepare customer invoices, post payments, and follow up on overdue accounts
Maintain accurate financial records and resolve billing discrepancies
Reconcile bank, credit card, vendor, and payment-processor accounts
Support month-end reporting,



HST/GST preparation, and year-end documentation
Assist with in-store customer service, sales, and cash reconciliation as needed

Qualifications
2+ years of accounts payable/receivable or full-cycle bookkeeping experience
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online
Working knowledge of Canadian sales tax (HST/GST) and account reconciliations
Solid Excel or Google Sheets skills, including lookups and filters
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively while handling confidential financial information
